Post Order

Once your order comes through to us, our ordering team will process your order during business hours and you will be sent a delivery estimate based on your delivery address. We will then get your order dispatch promptly.

Take delivery of your order.

As soon as you take delivery of your items, immediately check the items against your order confirmation. The packaging will often give you details on the product, size, inclusions and colour. Please assess these carefully before you open any boxes / packaging. If you are unsure about anything please contact us so we can assist you. We require customers to report any missing or damaged goods as soon as possible (within 14 days form receipt of goods), if you fall into this category, please fill in the 'Received Wrong / Damaged Items'

If you have changed your mind and wish to return or exchange your order or part of your order, please do not open any boxes / packaging and read our Change Of Mind Return Policy.

All our fans are covered by warranty for a period of time specified on each fan's product page. You can find the details of the warranty and any conditions on the manufacturer website, by contacting us, and in paperwork that will accompany your fan. If you have a Fanco product and need to access it, please complete the Fanco Warranty Form, for all other warranties you will find information on your sales receipt. If you have misplaced your receipt, feel free to complete our 'Request Copy of Invoice' form and we will provide you with a copy.
