Our team receives and processes orders during business hours (9.00am-5.00pm, Mon- Fri.) Once we’ve processed your order, we will email you the estimated delivery time and dispatch your order promptly.
When you receive your order:
As excited as you are to receive your new fan, it’s important to make you’ve received the right products before you open the box. So as soon as you accept delivery, check the items against your order confirmation.
We recommend doing this check immediately. You can usually find product details like size and colour on the packaging. The packaging should also indicate whether any accessories are included. If your order is incorrect or even if you’re just not sure, please contact us so we can assist you.
We require customers to report any missing or damaged goods as soon as possible (within 14 days from receipt of goods). If you fall into this category, please fill in the ‘Received Wrong / Damaged Items’ form.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return or exchange your order or part of your order, please do not open any boxes / packaging and read our Change Of Mind Return Policy.
We only sell fans covered by Australian warranty; however, the length of the warranty period varies between models. You can find the specific warranty period for each fan on the individual product listing. If you need further details about warranty, the conditions are outlined on the manufacturer’s website, and in the paperwork included in the box. Of course, you can always contact us if you are having trouble finding any of this information.
If you have a Fanco product and need to make a claim, please complete the Fanco Warranty Form. You can find claim information for all other manufacturers on your sales receipt. If you have misplaced your receipt, please complete our ‘Request Copy of Invoice’ form and we will provide you with a copy.
