The City features an energy saving DC motor with a 6 speed remote control as standard and is reversible from the remote for summer and winter modes. Includes a sea breeze function.

I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. It is a perfect choice for my low ceiling living room. I like the simple and contemporary style. Literally there is no noise when the fan is at a lower speeds. There is some noise when it is at a higher speeds, but is not annoyingly loud at all. Reasonably priced when compared to some other similar models elsewhere.
