The Fanco SM 250 (EXHGHF250) is a brilliant value mix-flow inline fan that has two speeds (available by an electrician connection the wiring to the correct speed terminal). The default higher setting has an output capacity of 1405 m3/hr, while the lower speed has an output capacity of 1064 m3/hr. This model operates quietly (but has not yet been formally tested for noise levels) and comes with a lead and plug for simple DIY installation.

The Fanco SM range is a capable range of mixflow inline fans which are incredible value for money. Typically these fans are used for exhaust applications, but can serve other purposes as well. This fan comes installed default on the high speed which boasts an impressive extraction rate of 1405 m3/hr. If you wish to switch to the lower speed, the fan must be rewired to the low speed terminal, which will require the assistance of an electrician. This unit does not come with a speed controller.

This fan comes with a lead & plug for DIY installation (electrician will be required to switch speeds). The maximum temperature of transferred air is to not exceed 60°. Model is designed for indoor use with the ambient temperature ranging from +1°C up to +40°C & relative humidity up to 80%.

As you add ducting to a fan it will impact the extraction rate as this introduces resistance.
