The name ‘Gaia’ reflects Fanco’s dedication to sustainability and crafting products that are kinder to the Earth. This low profile hugger fan features FSC® 100% Certified timber blades and certified bio-based plastic, both free from toxic coatings or paint. With its sustainable design and natural look, it is ideal for installation in small to medium-sized rooms. Supplied with a remote control, it offers timer settings (1, 4, or 8 hours), light control, multiple fan speeds, and reverse functionality. A distinctive feature is the textured terrazzo motor housing in the stylish ‘Ecru’ colour.

Please note: Due to the natural variations in our FSC® Certified timber, each blade is unique. Therefore, slight differences in colour and grain may occur, adding to the individual character of your fan.

In terms of performance, the Gaia is about as energy efficient as a ceiling fan gets. Consuming only 1 watt at the lowest speed translates to very low running costs. Based on 2024 prices in NSW, running the fan 24/7 for 4 months on low speed would cost less than $1. The fan has a great range of speeds, achieving close to 13,000 or m3/hr on top speed; this is considered high airflow for a 48-inch diameter fan. Ceiling Fan Warranty Disclaimer

1. Ensure installation takes place by a licensed and qualified electrician unless otherwise stated. Proof is often required upon requesting a warranty – this proof will need to be in the form of an invoice or receipt detailing the name and licence.

2. Never take down your fan if there is a fault before contacting the warranty line. Most warranties are in-home therefore will only take effect on installed fans unless otherwise instructed.

3. You must maintain your ceiling fan to prevent corrosion damage to the finishes. A lack of maintenance causing damage is not covered by warranty. See your fan instructions for care / maintenance instructions.
