Fansonline is open and dispatching orders Australia wide. Our warehouse is full of stock, and our staff are on standby to take your call or answer your email. We are pleased to say that we are still able to dispatch orders daily from our warehouse. In most cases, we continue to dispatch orders within one to two business days.*
Fansonline applauds the efforts of all Australians have made to reduce the spread of COVID -19. As the whole of Australia moves toward COVID normal together, we maintain our commitment to keeping our staff and customers safe. Where possible, staff members continue to work from home, and staff on site are taking all possible precautions to limit the chances of infection.

We understand that many of you will be cautious about accepting deliveries right now. At checkout, you will find several options to nominate a safe place to leave your order on delivery. If you need to ask for something different, all you need to do is email us.
*Please note there may be shipping delays due to staff shortages, isolation and other Covid19 impacts currently experienced by all freight couriers at present. In which case please allow for an additional day or two on top of the usual ETA for your order to be received.
