COVID-19 Update

We are dispatching Australia wide

Fansonline is open and dispatching orders Australia wide. Our warehouse is full of stock, and our staff are on standby to take your call or answer your email. We are pleased to say that we are still able to dispatch orders daily from our warehouse. In most cases, we continue to dispatch orders within one to two business days

 However, we continue to monitor the unfolding developments surrounding the Australian response to COVID-19. We want to reassure our customers that we are taking all the necessary steps to protect our staff in this extraordinary time. Many of our team members are already working from home. Those who are not are taking all possible precautions to protect themselves and their colleagues. These steps include:

  • Significantly reducing the number of staff working on-site
  • Rearranging seating plans to observe social distancing guidelines
  • Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces regularly
  • Extra soap and hand sanitiser available for staff
  • Warehouse staff are using Personal Protective Equipment including gloves to handle stock

We would also like to thank our customers for continuing to shop with us in such an uncertain time. We hope you and your families are staying safe and looking after each other. 

We understand that many of you will be cautious about accepting deliveries right now. At checkout, you will find several options to nominate a safe place to leave your order on delivery. If you need to ask for something different, all you need to do is email us.
