How to buy from us

It is easy to buy from us. We have written this guide to give you a summary and highlight some unique features of our site:

Payment Methods

Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) via the secure ANZ eGate payment site
Paypal (including credit cards) via the secure paypal payment site
Bank transfer - through your own bank secure web site

Customer Details

You do not need to register with us but we do need your contact details so we know where we can send the fans and how to contact you if we have any queries.

Shopping

It is easy to shop, just go through the categories to see the products you are interested in and then simply add it to the cart.
If you know the name of the product, you can simply search by the name.

Once in the cart, you can change/adjust the quantities
Options like different colours and sizes can be chosen when looking at the product details
Accesories (like remotes for fans) will be shown below the product details. These are the accesories suitable for that product
Note that many products may have other colour options than that shown in the picture in the site. Click on the product for details

Freight Costs

Freight costs are shown to you well before you pay. Simply load the product/s on the shopping cart and the system will give you the option to estimate shipping costs based on your postcode. More information further down this page.

Processing/Shipping Times

You will usually get your fans within 2 - 5 work days, and this mostly depends on how far away you are and the products you choose: We have a big range and takes a little longer to get the less popular products. If you are far away then it will take a bit longer for you to get your products. You will be informed on the progress of your order by email and will receive a tax invoice with your goods. The table below shows indicative transport costs and indicative delivery times to major destinations. It is based on an "average" box size and note that freight costs are based on box size and this will depend on the number and size of items bought. For exhaust fans and small items, use the cost of a single box and remember as some items are small, a number of them may fit into the one box.

The last column is an estimate of the delivery time.

Notes

Items are usually in stock and we process orders within 1-2 days. In the unlikely event there are any delays or unexpected shortages we will let you know via email and give you the option to wait or cancel the order.
Please note that these are approximate times and it is better to allow a little more time for an order to arrive, especially if you are booking installers or have some other type of deadline.
The couriers companies we use are very good and it is common for orders to arrive within the times stated. Occasionally things go wrong and we ask you to let us know if an item has not arrived in a reasonable time so we can find it or replace it. We know we have sent it but only you can tell us if you have received it.
We take responsibility for the goods until they arrive at your home and we will replace them or refund you in the unlikely event they are not delivered.
You will receive an email confirming your order at the time of the sale. You will then get another email once we are processing your order and another one once we have sent the goods, Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation of the sale or that the goods have been sent. Most of the time this is because the email address the cleint has given was incorrect.
