To fansoline, the process on purchasing is very good,
1. My last order placed 30/6/09 your invoice No- F1280, I have found two broken light covers(diffusers) broken can they be replaced? - (Ed: replaced)
2. Also can you provide a replacement remote controller for the above fan/light, if so a cost per remote, as my client would like to have the provision to replace from there own stock if one goes missing, lost etc. (Ed: the Martec simple remote can be used with this fan)
