The Typhoon ceiling fan is a quality metal bladed fan which offers great air movement in a modern design. It is available in a number of colours and sizes so it is able to fit most rooms and styles.

The double step pitch of the blades combined with its large motor enables the Typhoon to circulate optimum volumes of airflow with each spin. It is also surprinsingly quiet in the low speeds and comparable to timber bladed fans.

The Typhoon is an indoor fan and it may be used in well protected outdoor areas as the metal blades will not be affected by the humidity, as timber blades may be. For salty air areas like coastal areas, please see the Marine Grade model.

Three sizes are available, 120cm (48") ideal for bedrooms and smaller rooms, 130 cm (52") for larger rooms and bedrooms and a 140 cm (56") for greater coverage in larger rooms.

The Typhoon comes with different sized motors: as the ceiling fan diameter increases, so does the power of the motor used.

All Hunter Pacific fan motors use vacuum impregnated high-grade copper windings, silicon-steel stators and sealed bearings for long life and quiet operation. The wall controller in conjunction with the stator windings ensures optimum speeds for all conditions. With minimal motor movement and a cool operational temperature, this powerful motor is guaranteed lasting operation.
