1) Go through the categories and see the fans displayed there.
If you click on the actual picture, you will get a larger picture of the fan. If you click on the name of the fan, you will get a more detailed description of it.
2) Choose the items you want, including options and add them to the cart
Once in the shopping cart, you can change the quantities, remove items, continue shopping and adding items or start the checkout process. You can also get an idea of freight cost by entering your postcode in the Estimate Freight section and clicking on the "Estimate" button
3) Freight Costs based on post code
The system will work out the freight before you complete the purchase. Go through the checkout process, fill in your address details and then the system will work out freight, before you complete the sale. You can then go back and change the shopping cart contents, or you can proceed to checkout.
4) Indication of Freight Costs and shipping times
The table below shows indicative transport costs and indicative delivery times to major destinations. It is based on a typical ceiling fan box and note that freight costs are based on box size and as fans come in different sized boxes, there will be a little variation. For exhaust fans and small items, use the cost of a single ceiling fan. Remember that it will be about the same cost for a number of small items, for example 2 exhaust fans will cost the same in freight as one.
The last column is an estimate of the delivery time.

5) Processing Time
Items are usually in stock and we process orders within 1-2 days. In the unlikely event there are any delays or unexpected shortages we will let you know via email and give you the option to wait or cancel the order.
Please note that these are approximate times and it is better to allow a little more time for an order to arrive, especially if you are booking installers or have some other type of deadline.
The couriers companies we use are very good and it is common for orders to arrive within the times stated. Occasionally things go wrong and we ask you to let us know if an item has not arrived in a reasonable time. We will then try to find the item with the courier. We take responsibility for the goods until they arrive at your home and we will replace them or refund you in the unlikely event they are not delivered.

You will receive an email confirming your order at the time of the sale. One or two days later you will get another email stating the order has been sent, Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation of the sale or that the goods have been sent.
7) Tax Invoice
A tax invoice will arrive with the goods. Keep this for warranty purposes.
